What is included?
Your £69.99 gift set includes a personalised K9 optical crystal, matched black LED base, fitted gift box and UK delivery. The crystal measures 50 × 50 × 80 mm; photo designs can be upright or landscape. Zodiac crystals are upright only.
Which photo should I upload?
Use your original, full-size photograph with a clear view of the person, pet or car. Avoid screenshots and blurred images. We check the photo before engraving and contact you if a clearer image is needed.
Will the background be removed?
Yes. We remove the surrounding background for a cleaner engraving. The builder preview shows the position of your photo and wording; it may still show the original background.
Can I add a message?
Yes, add up to 60 characters and choose from four fonts. Adjust the text size and position in the builder, then check the spelling before payment.
When will my crystal be dispatched?
Normally within 3–5 working days after the photograph is checked and payment has cleared. UK delivery is included.
Which LED base will I receive?
An upright crystal comes with a square black base; a landscape crystal comes with a long black base. The colour-changing bases can be battery or USB powered.
What if I need help or there is a problem?

Ordering, delivery & returns
Your personalised crystal
The £69.99 gift-set price includes a personalised 50 × 50 × 80 mm K9 crystal with a personalised inner engraving, fitted gift box, matched LED base and UK delivery.
Photo check and PayPal payment
You must carefully confirm the photograph, layout and exact spelling of all names, dates and wording before payment. For a cleaner, clearer engraving, we isolate the main person, pet or vehicle and remove surrounding background detail as standard. The on-screen preview may still show the original background. After your secure PayPal payment, we check the original photograph for engraving quality and contact you if a clearer image is needed. Engraving begins only after those checks are complete.
Turnaround and delivery
Your order is normally dispatched within 3–5 working days after the photograph is checked and payment has cleared. UK delivery is included, and the customer is responsible for supplying a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout.
Changes, cancellations and problems
If you change your mind before engraving begins, contact us immediately. Because each crystal is made using your supplied photograph and confirmed personal details, change-of-mind cancellations and returns are not normally accepted after engraving has begun. This does not affect your legal rights if an item is damaged, faulty or not as described; please contact us promptly with photographs of the problem.

Photo & privacy information
Information we use
To prepare and fulfil an order, we may use your name, contact details, delivery address, photograph, chosen wording, confirmation of your personal details and payment confirmation. PayPal processes your card or account payment details separately; Etched Dimensions does not receive your full card information.
Optional website analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics & ads measurement”, we use a first-party session identifier to count visits and understand whether people view a product, begin a design or complete checkout. We also record the general device category, page path and referring website or campaign source. When configured, Google Analytics 4 receives consented measurement events; advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled. Meta Pixel also receives consented standard events for page views, product interest, checkout starts and completed payments. We do not send your name, email address, photograph, delivery address or payment details to either service. No Google Analytics or Meta Pixel script loads before consent. Analytics choices are stored locally and may be withdrawn using Privacy choices at any time.
Why we use it
Your information is used only to assess the photograph, prepare the design, communicate with you, make and deliver the order, resolve problems and keep necessary business records. Delivery details are shared only with the postal or delivery provider used for your order.
Photographs and finished examples
Your photograph and finished crystal will not be published or used for advertising without your permission. Customer photographs and working design files are normally deleted within 30 days after the order is completed, unless you ask us to retain them or give permission for a finished example to be shown.
Records and questions
Order and transaction records may be kept for the period required for tax, accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. To ask about your information or request deletion where applicable, email etched.dimensions@gmail.com.
